Aigenio provides AI-powered content generation tools including script generation, product descriptions, hashtag suggestions, social media content repurposing, email subject lines, slogan generation, Instagram captions, and SEO meta generation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to bypass rate limits or use automated means to access the Service.
Content generated by our AI tools is produced by machine learning models. Aigenio does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or lifetime basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your payment information. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Aigenio name, logo, and service are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the AI-generated output for any lawful purpose.
Aigenio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
